Sky Manor Roofing is expanding in Omaha, Nebraska and we are seeking a highly motivated, senior level roofing Project Manager to join our growing team. This role combines strong sales  and project management skills to ensure the roofing process goes smoothly from inspection to installation. You must reside in or near Omaha, Nebraska to be considered for this role. 

The roofing Project manager is responsible for generating new leads, managing the sales pipeline and overseeing roofing projects from initial inspection through project completion. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work cross functionally with homeowners, office staff, and roofing crews.

Responsibilities: 

• Prospect and build a strong sales pipeline by developing relationships in the Omaha area with customers,  insurance agents, and realtors
• Manage and organize CRM data, documents,  and communications in JobNimbus to ensure accuracy for each project
• Create contracts using Sumoquote
• Attend meetings with insurance adjusters
• Conduct onsite inspections of roof and gutters to assess damage
• Create work orders and material orders for roofing and gutter projects
• Capture high quality photos of projects in CompanyCam app
• Review material invoices to ensure accuracy and timely delivery
• Oversee the entire roofing installation process from start to finish
• Conduct thorough walk throughs and assist the roofing crew with project cleanup

Qualifications: 

• Minimum 2 year in roofing sales required
• Minimum 2 years roofing project management experience required
• Valid U.S. drivers license with a reliable vehicle for transportation
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable with walking on roofs and capable of safely setting up ladders
• CRM software experience, JobNimbus preferred (but not required)
