There's More Than One Way to Replace a Roof

Most homeowners don't realize they have a choice. They get one bid, or they take whatever insurance approves, and they never find out there was a smarter path until the next storm.

With insurance premiums climbing and carriers dropping policies across Colorado, the roof you choose today is a long-term financial decision, not just a repair. Going cheap now is often the most expensive choice you can make.

1

The Budget Roof

The lowest bid wins, and you find out why later. Basic shingles, minimum underlayment, and corners cut where you can't see them. It looks fine on day one. Then the first real hailstorm comes through and you're filing a claim or paying out of pocket again. The cheapest roof is almost always the one you buy twice.

2

The Insurance Roof

What your claim covers, done properly. If you've got storm or hail damage, this is the roof insurance pays for, and there's nothing wrong with it when it's installed right. We work your claim, document everything, and make sure you get every dollar and upgrade you're entitled to.

3

The Long-Term Roof

Built to outlast the next storm, not just survive this one. Class 4 impact-resistant shingles, quality underlayment, proper ventilation, and a workmanship warranty that backs it for the long haul. Many insurers discount your premium for the impact-resistant upgrade, which helps close the gap.

Last Roof You'll Ever Need

The one you never replace again. F-Wave REVIA synthetic shingles are engineered to be among the most impact-resistant roofing products on the market, built to shrug off the hail that ends ordinary roofs. Premium looks, synthetic durability, and potential insurance premium discounts.

The bottom line: With premiums rising, the cheap roof isn't the cheap roof. It's the expensive one, paid in installments over years of repairs and claims. We help you choose the roof that costs less over the life of your home, not just less this week.

Financing available, including 0% options on qualifying projects, so the smarter roof doesn't have to wait.

Your Material Options

Once you've decided how to think about your roof, here are the actual materials we install. Any of these can be built to Long-Term standards.

Asphalt Shingles

The most common roof in Colorado, and for good reason. Asphalt offers the widest range of styles and price points, from architectural shingles to premium designs that mimic woodshake. For our hail market, we strongly recommend Class 4 impact-resistant versions like Atlas StormMaster Shake. Atlas is our preferred manufacturer, and we're an AtlasPRO+ Diamond contractor.

F-Wave REVIA Synthetic Shingles

The Last Roof You'll Ever Need. Engineered to be one of the most impact-resistant roofing products on the market, delivering the look of a premium shingle with the durability of a synthetic, and qualifying for potential insurance premium discounts.

Metal Roof Options

Standing seam, corrugated, and stone-coated steel. Works as a full-roof system or as an accent over entryways and porches. Durable, low-maintenance, and available in a wide palette. Our metal specialists focus on a watertight, crisp, clean finish every time.

Tile Roofing - Concrete and Clay

Concrete and clay tile deliver a high-end look with excellent durability and natural attic insulation. Impact-rated options like Boral's Saxony Slate line stand up to Colorado hail while lasting decades longer than standard shingles. Our team has installed tile across the Front Range for years, work most roofers subcontract or won't take on.

Why We Chose Atlas

Most roofing companies push whatever the big name is. We went a different direction, and there are three reasons.

They're American, and they're privately held.

Atlas is owned by Hood Companies, a family-run holding company out of Mississippi, with Atlas headquartered in Atlanta. A lot of the big names in this industry answer to foreign parent companies or quarterly earnings calls. Atlas doesn't, and that shows up in how they build product.

We've seen how their shingles hold up.

We've walked thousands of roofs after hail storms across the Front Range. That's the only test that matters to us, and StormMaster Shake consistently outperforms what we see from other manufacturers. Rankings shift year to year. What doesn't shift is what we find on the roof after a storm.

Here's the part nobody says out loud.

A lot of contractors avoid Atlas because a roof that survives the next hail storm is a roof they don't get to replace. We look at it differently. Build one that lasts, and we'd rather earn the neighbors next time around.

AtlasPRO+ Diamond Logo

AtlasPRO+ Diamond Contractor

Diamond is the highest level Atlas awards, and it isn't something you apply for. A contractor has to reach Platinum status three years in a row to qualify, which means three straight years of installation quality and volume measured against the manufacturer's standard. Most never get there.

It also unlocks the strongest warranties Atlas offers on their product, which is part of why we can back our work the way we do.

Wildfire and Your Roof

If your home is in or near a Wildland-Urban Interface (WUI) zone, your roof is your single most important line of defense against wildfire. Embers landing on a combustible roof are one of the most common ways homes ignite.

Colorado adopted a new Wildfire Resiliency Code in 2025, and Class A fire-rated roofing is increasingly required when you replace. We build to those standards, and through our home hardening division, EmberShield, we can assess your whole home for wildfire risk, not just the roof.
