We are currently seeking a hardworking and motivated individual to join our team as a Roofing Production Assistant. As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the roofing production process by providing assistance in various tasks such as setting ladders, picking up materials, handling permits, and other related duties.

The ideal candidate should be physically fit, possess excellent communication skills, independent, require minimal supervision, and be able to work well in a team environment. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the roofing industry and be part of a growing and dynamic team.

Must:

• Be 21 or older
• Have a valid driver's license w/a clean MVR
• Be able to pass a background check
• Be able to lift 50-100 pounds
• Comfortable climbing ladders and walking on roofs
• Be trustworthy
• Be reliable
• Be coachable

This can be part-time or full-time. W2 or 1099. Company truck is provided during working hours.
